Al Pacino refused to take a swing back at James Caan for trashing his box office disaster movie "Righteous Kill." Guess the flick's dismal box office kinda speaks for itself.

For the record, "RK" isn't the biggest flop Pacino's been a part of -- he was also in "Gigli."

Moments after The Unit made his big debut on the new season of "Jersey Shore" ... dude hit the streets of the L.A. last night ... and immediately took his first public shot at Snooki.

The Situation's pal was leaving STK with porn star Amia Miley -- when the paps asked about his big fight with the Snookster on last night's show (below).

Unit quipped, "The thing with me and Snooki ... she can't seem to take my name out of her mouth ... but that's Snooki for you, she's always got something in her mouth."

And if you thought that was classy ... dude also compares himself to Babe Ruth and says strippers PAY HIM when he goes to the nudie bar.

Billy Ray Cyrus believes "Hannah Montana" ruined his relationship with his daughter Miley Cyrus -- claiming, "The damn show destroyed my family."

Billy Ray spilled his guts to GQ Magazine -- claiming Miley's handlers meddled in his relationship with his daughter and prevented him from properly parenting her through difficult situations ... including the Vanity Fair cover scandal and her controversial pole dancing performance at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards.

Billy says he hasn't spoken to Miley since the bong video surfaced and states, "I'm scared for her. She's got a lot of people around her that's putting her in a great deal of danger."

Billy also claims "there's no doubt" his family is under attack by Satan.

When asked about "Hannah Montana" -- Billy said, "I'll tell you right now -- the damn show destroyed my family."

Billy says he wishes "Hannah" had never happened -- saying, "I'd take it back in a second. For my family to be here and just be everybody okay, safe and sound and happy and normal."

Billy also compares Miley to Anna Nicole Smith -- saying, "You could see that train wreck coming."

And there's a Michael Jackson connection -- during the interview, Billy revealed he tried to reach out to Michael Jackson before his death and invite him to a taping of the show ... explaining, "I just felt it would be good for Michael."

Billy never revealed if MJ ever took him up on his offer.

Miley Cyrus' ex-boyfriend Liam Hemsworth went BALLISTIC on two HUGE bouncers outside an L.A. nightclub last night -- needing to be physically restrained from going after the hired muscle.

It all went down after some sort of altercation inside the nightclub -- as Liam walked out of the joint, he screamed at the two HULKING men, "I was on your f**king side ... I was backing YOU up!"

It's unclear if Liam was kicked out of the club or left on his own -- but SECONDS after he went off on the guards, Liam was able to compose himself ... and even SMILES for several fans who wanted a photo on the way to his car.

When asked if she was judged unfairly compared to other kids her age -- the actress said, "But they're not Miley Cyrus ... They're not role models. So for me it was a bad decision, because of my fans and because of what I stand for."

Courtney Love has finally removed a big, fat $4,000 thorn from her side -- after paying off a HUGE debt with a Hollywood flower shop ... TMZ has learned.

Owners of the My Secret Garden flower shop filed papers in L.A. yesterday -- asking the judge to dismiss their small claims suit against Love after the singer paid off her outstanding debt in full.

As we previously reported, Love owed the shop more than $4,000 for several floral arrangements she ordered back in 2009.

But no hard feelings -- the owner of the shop tells TMZ, Love has always been a great customer and despite the lawsuit they'll still "be her florist any day.”
